SHREE has opened more than 100 stores pan India within a span of 5 years. SHREE raised external funding in 2019 and is now equipped with growth capital for a decade of growth. Having set a solid platform in India through the 100+ stores, SHREE is now poised to grow their physical presence international - starting with Dubai in 2021.
Our Brand Story
This is the story of a couple that decided to make ends meet by designing and selling clothing for women.
The outfits designed by Mr. Sandeep Kapoor were the culmination of a lifetime of dedication and passion for his work. Armed with 30+ years of experience in producing for retailers and a desire to design and create high quality outfits, he shaped a brand where every outfit was special, and each design had a story.
In 2009, his wife, Mrs. Sheetal Kapoor, joined him in his journey by selling outfits designed by him directly to other women. She devised an innovative and personable shopping experience that brought his outfits to numerous households.
They started out by catering to the Indian diaspora living abroad by selling on e-commerce portals such as E-bay and Amazon. As India grew as a consumer market, the Indian business became more dominant, and SHREE began selling at retail stores.
In 2021, SHREE is beginning the next leg of its growth story and beginning their international retail expansion through opening of stores in Dubai.
