Shipping policy

  1. At SHREE, we ensure the timely delivery of the products to our customers and for this we have our trusted shipping partners.
  2. All orders above AED 200 will be shipped free of cost within the UAE.
    • Flat AED 20 will be applied as shipping charges on any orders below AED 200.
  1. Once you have placed the order and the payment has been confirmed, we will send you an email as well as an SMS, confirming the order. Kindly provide the correct E-mail ID and Contact Number at the time of placing the order.
  2. Your orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and the products will reach you in 7-8 days within UAE.
  3. The delivery of products will only be attempted on business days. Saturdays, Sundays and Important Holidays are excluded.
  4. In case your order gets delayed due to a natural calamity such as earthquake, hurricane, flood, etc., or unavoidable circumstances such as political disruptions, riots, curfews, etc., we will send an official E-mail or SMS informing you about the delay.
