Our teams are working hard to deliver your product in a timely manner; however, mishaps are sometimes unavoidable. So, if you receive a damaged, defective or a wrong product in your package, you may place a return request.
Return Policies:
- Return request can be placed within 7 days of the products’ date of delivery.
- The products should be unused, unwashed and in a condition for resale for them to be eligible for return. Returns will be accepted only after the approval of the brand executive’s approval.
- The product must be in its original packaging with its original tags and labels intact.
- Once the return request is accepted, the product(s) will be picked from the mentioned address within 4-7 working days. The refund will be credited within 10-14 working days to the same method of payment that had been used at the time or purchase.
Exchange Policies:
- You can request for an exchange of product within the first 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Exchange of products will be managed from the store within 30 days from the date of delivery provided if the product should be in saleable condition.
Process:
Customers can drop an E-mail to us at [email protected]. For queries related to product return or exchange, contact us within 2 days of receiving the product(s). Share the details of the products such as order number and reason of return/exchange. If your reason of return or exchange is a defect in the product or a dissatisfactory product, you must attach a small image of the product with a small note in your E-mail.
Refund – Terms and Conditions
The refund will only be initiated if the product has a manufacturing defect, which will be determined after a quality check by our quality team, or if the product is not in stock.
The refund process will be initiated within 2 days of receiving the quality team’s approval.
Refunds will be credited to the customer’s original source of payment within 10-14 days of initiation. In case of COD, refunds will be credited to the customers’ account through NEFT. Customer has to provide their account details for the same.
Pricing:
Prices for products are described on our Website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All prices are in AED. Prices, products and services may be changes at SHREE's discretion.
Shipping:
Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon SHREE's shipment to the shipping carrier.
Delivery:
SHREE will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts, SHREE reserves the right to cancel the order(s) at its discretion.
An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an E-mail containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
The customer can cancel the order at any moment of time, even if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time. If it is a prepaid order, the customer will be refunded back in the account as soon as the order is successfully cancelled.
